Greetings from New York! (my 18'th birthday gift) First of my two sim dumps. Say hi to the girls!
As some of you you might know, I'm not the big "gamer" - in fact, I hardly ever play with my sims, actually. So it would, as always, be a joy to see other people playing with them! Do whatever you want with them! Edit them and customize them - a credit would always be nice :) use them, just don't upload them to a paysite.. That would break my heart </3. All in all, I just hope that you will enjoy them :)
Three of them were requested by a few people; however, I edited the Grimes-inspired sim quite a lot. But I actually think she looks more like her now :) The only new girl is Lizzie.
- Remember, if you want to change any of the facial (or body) structure, you'll have to have all of the sliders I have in game installed! You can find them on my Recourse list.
- You have to wait for the boys, I'm still not sure which ones to upload and which ones not to.
- As I'm not the biggest fan of dressing my sims (mostly because it takes forever to load the clothes in cas), I haven't putten much thought into that. Their everyday clothes is the only decent clothes they are wearing actually. Hahah

Also, I'm probably starting a tumblr again on the domain people-without-brains.tumblr.com very soon. I don't know what to do with this blog - should I abandon it again or keep posting more important stuff such as dowloads and announcements. Well, we'll see!

You've no idea how much you've made my day. I actually squealed a teensy bit! I wish I could share my sims with you too! I'd love to hear your thoughts on them. But I really hope you add the Tom Cohen sim for the boys!

Tom Cohen is definitely on my boys list :) I but you'll have to wait a little for the boys, it takes a lot of time to prepare sim downloads - especially because my game crashes every 2 hours of playing -.-
I really want to, it's just so much work with the posing of sims, the decor of tumblr, etc etc. And happy not birthday/trip to NY by the way. I went a few years ago and it was very fun but very busy and kinda angry.
Also by the way, every time I try to open create a sim with your sims in my bin, it never loads. Could something be wrong with the files or does life just hate me?

I'm having trouble getting mine to load right. Create a sim just goes into the loading screen and never changes, unless I take them out of my game and start over. Have you been able to use them without any issues?

hahah yeah there are a lot of busy people but I live in east village which is a very chill and not so crowded part with mostly locals.
Oh that doesn't sound good :s Well, people actaully used to have problems downloading my sims because of the non-default skin so I began making a version with default skin as well so maybe I should try that - when I come home :)
They should be placed in the SavedSims folder and you'll find them in CAS in the premade sims bin :) You know, where you save your own sims !
Well I have everything you have. I have no default replacements active as well as I know, though I could be mistaken.
I only have non default. Not to mention I took out all mods and they still never loaded. I've never had issues with any of your downloads until now
And I really hate to bother you like this. Maybe something messsed up with the upload on the site you used. Is there any way you could just send me the direct sim files like via email or something?
But, I'm sorry if I am bothering you. And of course, after your trip. Enjoy yourself and eat lots of good things! NY is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit.

hmm, I used dropbox which, I guess, is quite decent but I could sent it directly to you if you want to! Though it's probably something with the file, unfortunately :/ Is it all of the sims or just one specific?

It's definitely all of them, after numerous attempts to get each one to work. I don't know why it's weird. I've never had this problem before. If you do want to try to send them directly (to see if it really is the upload site) my email is herbinarybones@yahoo.com

Yes, i've the same trouble, when i try to enter in CAS, it never stop to load. It's a matter of patch?, cause i've patch 1.26 "pets". Thanks!
yes it could very likely be because of the patch! I have the latest patch installed (50-something) so maybe I should write that, I'm sorry for the lack of information!

If it is the patch, I'll download and let you know. But how exactly do you still have all the sliders and stuff with the new patch? It's the only reason I haven't updated mine.
So after a lot of testing and work, it's been confirmed its the patch.
The only thing that I have to update after updating a patch is the slider hack by sclub - other than this, I very seldomly have any problems when I update :)
Yes, It might be that, unfortunately but I probably have to check with others who have the latest patch installed if they can download the sims without problems.

Thank you <3 I have never used the noodle skin because I didn't really like it at the time it came out - now I would love to try it but as the download is set to private, I probably can't :/ I've used the albino skin a couple of times but I find it quite hard to fit it into my sim style :)

I'm afraid I don't have it anymore! I deleted it a couple of weeks ago because I never used it. Skins takes a lot of space so I often clean up in my skins :3
